Job Description

Job Summary:
In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns and managing end-to-end relationships for key accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Amazon PPC, digital marketing strategies, and client/account servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon PPC Management:

  • Create, launch, and manage Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and campaign structuring.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to achieve KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Analyse performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with Amazon advertising trends and algorithm updates.

Key Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned high-value or strategic accounts.
  • Understand client goals and deliver strategies to drive their business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and operational tasks.
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate on multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Email) to complement Amazon efforts.
  • Contribute to SEO, content planning, and off-Amazon brand visibility.
  • Work with creative teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance across all digital channels.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC campaign management.
  • Proven experience as an account manager or in a client-facing role.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and listing optimization.
  • Familiarity with Helium10, Jungle Scout, and other Amazon tools.
  • Strong digital marketing foundation: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Amazon Advertising Certification.
  • Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, CA).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or creative collaboration tools.
  • Background in eCommerce or agency environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
