Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in launching and managing distributor networks, establishing strong relationships with C&F (Carrying & Forwarding) agents, and maintaining a robust network of salons and cosmetic stores. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the Delhi NCR region. Launch and onboard new distributors and C&F agents to strengthen the regional distribution network. Expand market reach through salons , cosmetic retail stores , and modern trade channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights. Ensure smooth inventory flow, timely product availability, and effective merchandising at the retail level. Train and manage sales teams, field executives, and distributor staff. Collaborate with marketing teams for local activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Ensure adherence to company policies, credit control, and collection targets.
