This is a full-time on-site role for a Area Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for deploying distributors, salon partners and SS in the region. planning and implementing sales strategies, achieving regional sales targets, leading and managing the sales team, and building relationships with clients. The role requires tracking and analyzing sales data, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets, Team management and leadership skills, Client relationship management and customer satisfaction skills,
Proficiency in tracking and analyzing sales data
Ability to identify new market opportunities
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Relevant experience in the specified industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Industry
