Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The responsibilities include conducting on-site and remote field service activities, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring effective preventive maintenance, and providing robust technical support to clients. The individual will also actively engage with customers to deliver superior service and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Field Service operations and Preventive Maintenance practices
Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to address and resolve complex issues
Exceptional Customer Service abilities to effectively communicate and manage client relationships
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a remote team
Experience with PLC, SCADA, and IIoT systems is highly desirable
Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and electrical solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field
Willingness to travel as necessary for field-based work
