Coulomb LiTech develops advanced lithium battery solutions for e-mobility and energy storage applications. The company is involved in every aspect of the process, from R&D and product design to scale manufacturing. Coulomb provides comprehensive solutions for companies needing custom battery designs or off-the-shelf options. Our expertise covers battery design, simulation, manufacturing, testing, and field operation. Additionally, we feature an in-house tech stack including Battery Management Systems, Chargers, and an online data analytics platform.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Ulhasnagar. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of lithium battery solutions. Daily tasks include visiting client sites, diagnosing and repairing technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and fielding any client concerns or queries.

Qualifications

Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills
Strong Customer Service abilities
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in the battery or e-mobility industry is a plus
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
