Job Title: On-Field Sales Expert – EV Three-Wheelers Location: Uttar Pradesh (Statewide Travel) Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: Electric Vehicles (EV), Three-Wheelers Segment Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Head Employment Type: Full-Time, Field-Based About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented On-Field Sales Expert to drive our business development and dealer acquisition efforts across Uttar Pradesh in the Electric Three-Wheelers segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding prospective dealers, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to expand our footprint in the region. This is a high-mobility role requiring extensive travel across cities and towns in Uttar Pradesh, engaging with prospective partners, and supporting them through the onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Identify Dealers: Scout and identify potential EV three-wheeler dealers across cities, towns, and rural clusters of Uttar Pradesh. Conduct market research and map untapped areas with high business potential. Dealer Acquisition & Conversion: Conduct product presentations, pitch the business proposition, and negotiate commercial terms. Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed dealer partnerships. Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and closures. Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with potential and newly onboarded dealers. Act as the primary point of contact during the initial phase post-onboarding. Market Feedback & Reporting: Gather insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Submit regular reports on lead status, dealer pipeline, and closures. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth dealer onboarding and support. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Experience: 3–6 years of field sales experience, preferably in the automobile, EV, or dealership network development domain. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B dealer acquisition, field sales, or territory management. Driving License & Willingness to Travel: Must own a valid driving license and be open to extensive travel across Uttar Pradesh (up to 20–25 days/month). Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven approach. Strong understanding of UP’s geography and business culture. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with EV products or automobile dealership models is a plus. Proficiency in Hindi and English (local dialects of UP will be advantageous). Basic MS Office and CRM software skills. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives.
