Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist based in Surat. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, acquiring new business, fostering client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include lead generation, client interactions, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating sales operations. The role requires close collaboration with the customer service and operations teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Customer Service and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent client experiences and resolve queries efficiently.
• Sales and Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting and converting leads to achieve revenue goals.
• Proficiency in Sales Operations, with the ability to manage processes and maintain data accuracy effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
• Working knowledge of the logistics industry will be considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Local area knowledge of Surat is highly desirable.
