Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our outside sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a ground leader, responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring a team of field sales representatives, and directly managing key accounts. You will spend a significant portion of your time in the field, ensuring your team meets their quotas and expanding our market share. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching  Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 2-4 Field Sales Representatives.  Conduct regular training & visit with team members to provide real-time coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client interaction.  Set clear individual performance KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews. Territory Management Strategy  Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the [Name of Region/Territory] area.  Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.  Manage sales pipelines and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue with high accuracy. Customer Acquisition & Relations  Personally manage relationships with high-value key accounts in the territory.  Assist field reps in closing complex deals or handling difficult customer escalations.  Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Operations & Reporting  Ensure the sales team effectively uses the activities and track leads.  Provide detailed weekly/monthly reports on field activities, sales volume, and potential issues to senior management. Qualifications and Skills  Experience: Minimum of [2-4] years in outside/field sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership or supervisory role.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).  Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of success in product sales, sector is highly preferred.  Skills: o Strong understanding of consultative selling and negotiation techniques. o Excellent leadership and motivational skills. o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).  Requirements: o Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. o Willingness to travel up to [e.g., 50-70%] of the time within the assigned territory.
