About Us Proto Development services Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and growing company in the product sales and after -support for dental equipment. We are looking for motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our field sales team. This role is crucial for our market expansion and direct customer engagement. Position: Field Sales ExecutiveLocation: Muzaffarnagar, UPMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher qualification is a plus)Experience: At least 6 months of relevant industry experience Key ResponsibilitiesThe Field Sales Executive will be responsible for a range of on-the-ground activities focused on sales, customer service, and business operations: ·       Field Sales and Lead Generation: o  Actively prospect for new customers and generate sales leads within the assigned territory. o  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. o  Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. ·       Customer Handling and Relationship Management: o  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. o  Effectively handle customer inquiries, grievances, and service issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. ·       Payment Collection and Financial Tasks: o  Undertake timely and effective payment collection from customers as per company policies. o  Assist in loan tracking and follow-up for finance-related products, ensuring compliance and minimizing defaults (if applicable to the industry). ·       Reporting and Administration: o  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and collections. o  Submit regular sales and collection reports to the Area/Sales Manager. o  Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends. Requirements and Skills·       Education: Minimum 12th Pass certificate is mandatory. ·       Experience: At least 6+ months of proven experience in any of the following areas: Field Sales, Product Sales, Payment Collection, Customer Handling, or Loan/Asset Tracking within a relevant industry. ·       Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in [Specify Language(s), e.g., English and local regional language]. ·       Motivation: High level of self-motivation, target-driven, and a strong work ethic. ·       Other: o  Ability to travel extensively within the assigned local territory. o  Must possess a [e.g., Two-wheeler] and a valid driving license. o  Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for mobile applications and reporting.
