Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Caller Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team, or even closing sales directly over the phone. This role is crucial in driving our sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing clients based on provided leads and databases. Introduce Vaardental and Company's Products/Services, e.g., Dental Milling Machines, 3D scanners, furnaces, consumables etc] and clearly articulate their features, benefits, and value proposition. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, identifying decision-makers, and assessing potential interest. Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and lead status in the excel or google-sheet. Set up appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the field sales team or senior sales executives. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, lead generation quotas, and conversion rates. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and persuasively. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Qualifications: Education: Gratuates/ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience: [1-2 years] of proven experience in tele-calling, telesales, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in the [dental/medical devices/B2B] industry is a plus. Language: Excellent verbal communication skills in [e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Language if applicable]. Multilingual ability is a plus Required Skills: Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal communication. Active Listening: Ability to understand and interpret customer needs effectively. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Resilience: Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using Excel, Word and google sheet Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to think on their feet and resolve customer queries.
