Role Overview:

The Sales Manager – Trailer Division will lead revenue growth by acquiring new customers, strengthening key accounts, and expanding the company’s footprint in the commercial trailer market. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and long-term customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of flatbed, side wall, high bed, low bed, container, and customized trailers
  • Build and manage relationships with fleet operators, transporters, logistics firms, OEMs, and institutional clients
  • Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and present tailored technical and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure compliance with approval policies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Coordinate with design, production, dispatch, and finance teams for timely delivery
  • Ensure payment follow-ups, MIS reporting, and post-sales support


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred
  • 3–5 years’ experience in trailer, truck body, or commercial vehicle B2B sales
