Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and coach high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and increase market share. 2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. 3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to senior management. 6. Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and training to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Budgeting and Expense Management: Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and ROI. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in [industry/sector]. 3.
