With a robust in-house R&D and manufacturing setup in Kolkata, we deliver premium-quality sparesfrom valves and pistons to filters and seals—for all compressor types Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development (Pan-India): Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed revenue targets Identify and secure new business channelsOEMs, distributors, end-users Cultivate and strengthen relationships with procurement and technical teams Provide technical expertise and application-based solutions Close deals through negotiation and effective proposal delivery Track market trends and maintain accurate sales forecasts Field Sales Execution: Travel extensively (~80%+) within your territory and across India Conduct on-site product demos and technical presentations Gather competitor intelligence and feedback to guide product strategy Candidate Profile Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) or MBA (relevant field) Experience: 46 years in sales within the compressor or engineering parts industry, with a proven performance record Technical know-how: Strong grasp of compressor technology and spare parts Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation, and relationship-building Attitude: Self-starter, travel-ready, goal-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: 550,000.00 - 650,000.00 per month
