Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd. seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our International Business team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of international trade practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation. 2. Communicate with international customers, sales teams, and logistics providers via phone, email, and fax. 3. Prepare and send sales quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents. 4. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 6. Research and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and market trends. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. 2. 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, international trade, or logistics. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM software. 6. Knowledge of international trade practices, customs procedures, and market trends.
