As a Business Development Executive in this dynamic company specializing in industrial automation products, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities aimed at driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and market research to build a robust customer pipeline. - Present, promote, and sell a range of industrial automation products including coding and marking machines, sensors, encoders, and conveyors, while understanding and addressing customer needs effectively. - Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other relevant documentation to customers, ensuring timely follow-up and processing of purchase orders. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing post-sales support and coordinating with internal teams for seamless order execution. - Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets, participate in team meetings, and contribute to business growth initiatives. - Prepare and submit sales reports regularly, including sales plans, pipelines, and orders, while communicating sales performance and market insights to management. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate - Experience: 1 to 4 years in industrial field sales, preferably in industrial automation products. Freshers are also welcome to apply. - Skills & Competencies: Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficient in basic computer applications, ability to work independently and within a team, strong problem-solving and customer service skills, goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach. - Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
