SalaryProbation: Duration: 6 monthsSalary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,00,000 /year
