Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Field Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This position involves direct interaction with clients, site visits, technical support, and managing end-to-end sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, meetings, and networkingManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospectsAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to position products effectivelyProvide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to the management teamCustomer EngagementConduct site visits to understand customer requirementsDeliver product presentations and demonstrationsEnsure timely after-sales support and follow-upsTechnical SupportAssist customers with technical queries related to product applicationsCoordinate with the internal engineering/product team to deliver customized solutionsCommunicate technical details in a customer-friendly mannerEducational Qualification:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech DME)Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in OEMs or engineering products)Strong understanding of mechanical/engineering conceptsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilityFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales softwareWillingness to travel extensively for client interactionsOrganized, independent, and target-driven
