Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Chennai, Gujarat, Mumbai, and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the capital goods or industrial products industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.

Provide technical support and training to customers on product applications and usage.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in capital goods or industrial products.

Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
