Job Description

As a Field Sales Engineer at UL Automation Systems Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular customer visits, both pre-sales and post-sales, to ensure customer satisfaction. - Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new customer connections. - Travelling extensively across Pune and nearby industrial areas to engage with clients effectively. - Generating leads and enquiries by engaging with potential prospects early in the process. - Tracking ongoing and upcoming projects at customer sites, documenting requirements and schedules. - Preparing detailed visit reports that outline project status, opportunities, and stakeholder concerns. - Scheduling meetings and presentations for senior management based on qualified leads. - Focusing on application-specific enquiries and seeing them through to conversion. - Creating and sending techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and relevant product/company details. - Maintaining a basic understanding of applicable taxation terms in sales. - Organizing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations effectively. Your skills and qualifications should include: - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proven experience in sales within the automation industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. - Strategic thinking with efficient time management and planning capabilities. - Effective negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to map potential customers and understand market dynamics. - Knowledge of the automation product sales lifecycle, particularly in OEM/System Integrator/Project business segments. - Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences. In terms of technical competencies, you should have hands-on experience in selling automation products such as: - Signal Isolators - Digital Process Indicators - Temperature Scanners - Flow Totalizers - Transducers - Relay Modules - Opto-Isolation Modules - Accessories Modules Your role will require good IT knowledge and computer proficiency to effectively carry out your responsibilities.,
