Field Sales Engineer

Skills Required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Successful previous experience as Sales Engineer in Automation Industries, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Committed to continuous education through workshop, seminars, and conferences.
• Should have complete sales knowledge of products selling process in Automation OEM/SI/PB
• Potential Mapping, Customer Mapping.
• Excellent strategic planning
• Efficient in time management
• Negotiation/ Presentation skills

Technical knowledge and competences-

KRA's

• Daily Customer visits and attending pre- sales and post sales meeting.
• Establishing new and maintaining existing Customer base with regular visits. Willing to travel extensively in Pune / nearer industries.
• Early engagement with all identified customers & generates lead/ enquiry
• Should be able to identify on-going and upcoming projects, the project requirement, schedule it.
• Prepare detailed visit report of On-going project, upcoming projects & identifying the concern involved in projects at customer side
• Fixing up meeting & appointment for presentation of senior /leadership after firm lead /enquiry generation.
• Focus on application specific enquiry / requirements & and be after till succeed to meet goal
• Preparing techno commercial offer/proposals/quotes & sending product or company details to identified customer
