Field Sales Account Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in B2B sales, particularly in the

SaaS domain

, with a proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building relationships with HR decision-makers, showcasing how our solutions meet their hiring needs, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound methods such as cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their recruitment challenges and position Zepcruit as the preferred hiring solution.
  • Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling product demos and tailored presentations to HR managers and senior decision-makers to demonstrate the value of our SaaS platform.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure: Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — ensuring a consultative approach to building client trust. Negotiate terms and close high-impact deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and following up on new leads while nurturing existing prospects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback, contribute to campaign development, and align on GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies.
  • Industry Participation: Represent the organization at industry conferences, virtual webinars, and recruitment expos to expand brand presence and engage with prospective customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in field sales, preferably in a SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment-related industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, especially within HR functions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and proposals clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with leading CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
