Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Field & Event Marketing Manager to own strategy, planning, and execution for both in-person and digital events. Leveraging a $500K annual budget, you’ll deliver programs that build brand presence, drive pipeline, generate content, and influence key deals.
You Will Be Working On
In‑Person & Field Events
- Define and execute a global event calendar: trade shows, user conferences, customer roundtables, and executive roadshows.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics: budget planning & optimization, venue selection, vendor negotiation, creative collateral, staffing, and onsite execution.
- Select and prioritize high-potential events, proactively identifying new opportunities based on industry relevance and target segments.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align event objectives with pipeline goals and post-event follow-up.
Digital & Hybrid Events
- Plan and launch a consistent cadence of digital events: webinars, panels, customer stories, product launches, and community sessions.
- Handle full stack of digital event execution: platform setup, speaker sourcing, promotional outreach, rehearsal, live execution, and reports.
- Integrate user-generated content (e.g. live social walls, Q&A amplification, polls)
Measurement & Optimization
- Track and report event performance: registrations, conversion to opportunities, pipeline influenced, SQLs, and revenue attributed.
- Use event ROI data to refine strategy and deliver improved efficiency and impact over time.
- Maintain ownership of the $500K+ events budget—ensuring maximum impact per dollar.
We Are Looking For a Candidate With
- 4–7 years in B2B SaaS field or event marketing with a track record in end-to-end event ownership.
- Experience scaling both physical and digital event programs globally (e.g. multi-country rollouts, consistent webinar series).
- Strong project management discipline: able to multi-task timelines, stakeholders, logistics, and contingency planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience aligning marketing narratives across stakeholders.
- Creative and data-driven: comfortable running experiments, testing formats, and iterating quickly on event types and channels.
- Proficiency with event platforms, social engagement tools, and CRM/automation systems.
