Before that, we raised from Kalaari Capital, Kae Capital, and Citrix Startup Accelerator.Opportunity :We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead - Non-Tech to drive and manage end-to-end hiring for our business teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, and Customer Success. You will play a strategic role in scaling our non-technical workforce while ensuring a strong candidate experience, diversity of pipeline, and alignment with business goals.What you ll be working onOwn and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for non-tech roles across departments. Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build robust hiring strategies. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding efforts. Drive recruitment operations, maintain dashboards, and track hiring metrics. Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and streamlined processes. Collaborate with the People/HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and workforce planning. Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability for non-tech roles.What we are looking for4-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition. Strong track record in hiring across non-tech functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR). Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels. Experience in using modern ATS and recruitment tools. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report recruitment metrics. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
