Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Portal Onboarding Expert with 20+ years of experience to join our team in the 30km radius around OkayGo. The ideal candidate should have a vehicle and be willing to travel daily.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage portal onboarding processes efficiently.

Ensure high conversion rates by meeting or exceeding targets.

Conduct thorough analysis of portal performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance portal usability and accessibility.

Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on portal usage.

Job Requirements

Minimum 20 years of experience in a related field, preferably in portal onboarding.

Strong understanding of portal functionality and user experience principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in portal development.

Must have a vehicle.

Ready to travel around a 30km radius daily.

Daily minimum 8 visits required.

Overall conversion rate - 60% minimum.
