Job Description

The System Operator is responsible for the end-to-end technical readiness and management of IT infrastructure at exam venues for TCS examinations. This includes pre-exam setup like LANScaping, mock tests, server configurations, downloading secure exam content, and live exam monitoring. The SO must report three hours before the exam, remain in the server room during operations, coordinate with IT and support teams, and ensure strict compliance with TCS protocols to prevent malpractices. They are also responsible for generating reports, performing audits, resolving technical issues swiftly, and closing exam sessions securely. SOs must maintain professional conduct, follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), and act promptly on instructions from the Venue Operations Manager (VOM) or Venue Commanding Officer (VCO).
