What would you do? The HR Shared Services Operations Lead will be responsible for managing a large-scale HR Shared Services team, driving operational excellence, and integrating HR IT systems and processes. This role serves as the strategic bridge between HR operations and technology, ensuring seamless service delivery, innovation, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HR service delivery, technology integration, and stakeholder engagement across global environmentsCandidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International MarketDeveloping an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 15 years of experience in HR operations, HR IT, and shared services leadership. Proven track record in managing large teams and cross-functional integration projects. Strong understanding of HR systems (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and data governance. Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills. Experience in setting up and leading governance structures and innovation forums. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. PMP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR/Project Management certifications. ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. HR Shared Services Leadership Lead and manage a multi-functional HR Shared Services team covering areas such as employee services, case management, talent operations, and benefits administration. Ensure service delivery excellence through well-defined SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive Daily/weekly internal and client meetings Drive transformation and standardization of HR processes across geographies. 2. HR IT Integration Collaborate with HR IT teams to architect and implement integrated solutions across platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP S/4HANA. Define and monitor business metrics and SLAs that align technical service levels with strategic HR outcomes. Lead change management and digital transformation initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.3. Governance and Strategic Influence Establish and lead governance forums across HR and IT to ensure alignment on priorities, performance, and innovation. Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients on integration efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability. Shape client governance and influence strategic HR decisions through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.4. Stakeholder and Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, IT leaders, and external vendors. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable operational and technical solutions. Serve as escalation point for complex service issues and ensure timely resolution with high client satisfaction.
