Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle frameworks.
Expertise in HRMS platforms such as Workday.
Experience in process improvement, workflow automation, and documentation.
Strong attention to detail, service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of employment contracts, statutory requirements, and HR policy governance.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in HR operations, shared services and Workday administration/support.

Preferred Certifications

Certifications or experience with at least with at least one HR technology platform such as Workday.
