Job Description

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team as Food & Beverage (F&B) Waiters in Fidato Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
Maintain high levels of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
