Job Description

Job Title: Chef / Cook (South Indian & Basic North Indian Cuisine)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a wide range of

    South Indian dishes

    (Idli, Dosa, Sambar, Rasam, Poriyal, etc.)
  • Cook

    basic North Indian items

    , including chapati, sabzi, dal, and simple thalis
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Ensure quality, taste, and timely preparation of meals
  • Manage daily ingredients, storage, and kitchen organization
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with menu planning and portion control

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    as a Chef/Cook
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine
  • Ability to prepare North Indian basics (rotis, gravy items, thali dishes)
  • Good time management and cleanliness
  • Willing to work in a residential/office kitchen setup
  • Team player with a positive attitude
