Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled F&B Services Captain with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and managing food and beverage services.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department for seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise staff members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain consistency in service quality and standards.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all areas.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage services, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing teams effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
