Job Description

Looking for a skilled F&B Service Senior Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
