Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Room Attendant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications is an asset.
