Room Attendant

As an experienced and dedicated Room Attendant at Black Onyx International, your role will involve maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in leading hospitality teams abroad. Your responsibilities will include: - Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas to standard. - Replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. - Replenish room supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. - Report maintenance issues and lost & found items to supervisors. - Ensure hygiene, health, and safety protocols are followed at all times. - Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
