Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
  • Handle daily office admin tasks including photocopying, scanning, courier dispatch, and file management
  • Support recruitment and HR teams with candidate data entry and documentation
  • Assist with inventory records, invoice entries, and basic finance support
  • Coordinate with vendors and other departments for routine office operations

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good typing speed with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Knowledge of Tally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

  • Hindi (Required)
