Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator & Office Assistant to manage daily data entry tasks along with basic office support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling clerical duties, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in spreadsheets, software, and internal systems
  • Verify, correct, and maintain accuracy of information
  • Prepare and manage files, documents, and reports
  • Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and basic front-desk responsibilities
  • Support in scheduling meetings and managing supplies
  • Ensure data confidentiality and follow office protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
