Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar at hotel pal heights mantra for a Housekeeping room Attendant. The responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and other hotel areas. Additional duties involve managing laundry services, replenishing supplies, observing and reporting any maintenance issues, and ensuring guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment. Collaboration with team members to enhance guest satisfaction is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Experience inmaintaining cleanliness in hotel rooms. Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Ability to follow procedures and adapt to training programs effectively Flexibility and a positive attitude towards teamwork Previous housekeeping experience in hotels is a must Good knowledge of housekeeping chemicals. Basic knowledge of health and safety standards is beneficial
