Room Attendant

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, providing a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms and common areas.
• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
• Adhere to health and safety standards in all cleaning activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting and bending.
