Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and plating, meeting established standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve menu offerings and pricing strategies.

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
