Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Executive to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Maintain high standards of customer service and quality control.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize menu offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and quality control procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and customers.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
