F&B Executive

• Operations Management: Oversee daily food and beverage operations in outlets like restaurants and banquets.
• Staff Supervision: Manage, train, schedule, and provide performance feedback for F&B team members.
• Inventory & Suppliers: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, and ensure proper storage of food and beverage products to minimize waste.
• Quality & Hygiene: Ensure high standards of food presentation, service, and cleanliness, adhering to brand guidelines and health and safety regulations.
• Guest Experience: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Financial Performance: Support the achievement of departmental financial targets by monitoring costs, promoting upselling, and contributing to revenue generation.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as culinary and housekeeping, to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
