Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Executive to join our team at Marriott International, playing a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety in food preparation and service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve menu offerings and promotions.
Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
