Job Summary:

The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving cafe performance in line with company standards. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily cafe operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the cafe team.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor supplies.
Achieve sales and profitability targets.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure smooth cash handling and POS operations.
Implement marketing initiatives and company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly performance and sales reports.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any stream
Minimum 13 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or retail management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and POS knowledge.
