Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Mohali. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring the food and beverages meet quality standards. Additionally, the role involves inventory management, sales tracking, and handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service industries
Sales acumen and ability to manage sales performance
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a managerial role is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
