Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Cafe Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy café. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing operations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train, and supervise team members to ensure high performance
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
• Handle staff scheduling and payroll coordination
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and manage cost controls
• Implement company policies, promotions, and QSR-standard procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment
• Proven experience in team management and customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Food Safety and/or Hospitality certifications are a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
