Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Service GSA & Sr. GSA in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food items efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
