Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective menu planning strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
