F&B Service Executive

Role Overview:

he F&B Service Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, taking and serving orders, and ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve items accurately and promptly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Support café operations by coordinating with kitchen and service teams.
• Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and reset efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in F&B Service / Restaurants / Café industry (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
