Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Executive to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and train staff members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies of food and beverages.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
