Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Service Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in food and beverage service, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
