Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Service Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods is essential.
